NOTES REGARDING REGISTRATION & FEES & FEES

Guest Registration
Guest Registration is Social Event Access Only.
A Guest at a CALI Conference is defined as a spouse or significant other who is not a member of CALI, is not qualified to become a member, and is a non-employee or part of your staff. By purchasing a Guest registration, you are providing your spouse or significant other with a unique opportunity to experience the social aspects of our conference. The Guest fee includes meals, refreshment breaks, receptions, President's Dinner & Awards, and access to the exhibit hall. Guest Registration does NOT include access to educational sessions. Guest Registration is limited to one for each fully paid member or non-member registration and cannot be used to register your professional colleagues.

Friday–Only Conference Registration
The fee includes access to the educational sessions, opening keynote, access to the exhibit hall, meals, refreshment breaks, President's Dinner & Awards, and receptions only on Friday, October 18, 2024.

Saturday–Only Conference Registration
The fee includes access to the educational sessions, closing keynote, access to the exhibit hall, meals, refreshment breaks, and closing reception only on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

Dress Code
The attire for the conference is business casual. However, for your comfort, we suggest bringing comfortable shoes and a lightweight jacket or cardigan you can easily throw on if the meeting room gets too cold, as room temperatures may vary and are sometimes beyond our control.

The attire for the President’s Banquet is semi-formal.

Conference Refund & Cancelation Policy
Requests for conference registration cancelations and refunds must be submitted in writing to info@cali-pi.org on or before September 6, 2024, and are subject to a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after September 6, 2024, or for no-show registrants.
