This is a great way to network and meet your local PI peers. For new investigators, these events can be a great way to promote your business and your skills. You can drop in to say hi, or stay the entire time. Bring your business cards!
Whether you’ve been with CALI for years or are newer to the organization, this is a great opportunity to spend time with colleagues in a laid-back setting and strengthen our local network. We encourage the sharing of useful pointers, resources, and current practices so everyone can walk away with something valuable. The goal is for everyone to walk away with at least one actionable takeaway and meet one new member, or reunite and converse with established members to help build their business. In the recent past we have also taken the opportunity for each attendee to introduce themselves, explain what areas they work in geographically, and what their focus of business is as an Investigator. The restaurant provides us with reserved space on their rear patio with a fire pit and a relaxed atmosphere.
This is a free networking event and everyone is welcome! This is happening at the Lazy Dog Restaurant in south San Jose, so hopefully those of you residing south of San Jose will find it more convenient to participate! We'd truly like to see as many of our district as possible. Would love to see our investigators from San Benito, Monterey, and Santa Cruz County join us in San Jose, and welcome any feedback on any desired training or locations for networking. Let's make our district connected, supportive and strong!
We have a new service & industry member who comes from a foundation of AI and works with large investors of AI, he will talk about AI benefits and would like the opportunity to obtain our feedback and find out how he can help us use AI with our investigations.
CALI will provide small bites and one drink (beer, wine, or a non-alcoholic beverage) per registered attendee. However, all attendees must register individually in advance via the CALI website to help us maintain an accurate headcount and prepare for your arrival.
